Alyuda Refund Policy

   

If you determine that our software does not work as expected, we recommend you either contact us to arrange a refund (if you purchased the product from our website within the past 30 days) or follow the refund policy of the reseller from whom you purchased the software. Thank you for trying our products.

All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by Alyuda Research.

To arrange a refund, complete the following steps.

Step 1. Determine Eligibility

Purchases from the Alyuda website.

If you wish to arrange a refund and you purchased Alyuda software directly from our website, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Refunds are available to those customers who purchased the software within the last 30 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information. If you have this receipt, please follow the instructions in Step 2.

If you do not have your receipt, or you did not receive one, you will need to estimate your date of purchase, purchase price, and other information as indicated in Step 2.

Purchases from resellers including electronic downloads.

If you wish to make a return and you purchased Alyuda software from one of our resellers, you need to contact them directly and follow their return guidelines. This includes purchases such as the boxed or shrink-wrapped Alyuda product as well as any electronic downloads via the Internet except if you purchased directly from the Alyuda website. In most cases, the original retailer will be able to quickly handle your refund request.

Step 2. Email your proof of purchase

To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to sales@alyuda.com along with the reason of returning the software.

The Alyuda online orders are handled using CyberSource, PaySystems and RegNow. For each purchase from the Alyuda website you should have received an e-mail confirmation. Among other things, this e-mail identifies:

  • Source of purchase (CyberSource, PaySystems, RegNow)
  • Customer Number, Order Number, or Reference Number
  • Product Ordered
  • Date of Purchase
  • Price paid.
  • If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, purchased product, purchase price, and reason for returning the software. The date of purchase must be within the last 30 days. E-mail this information to sales@alyuda.com to be processed.

    Step 3. Complete, Sign and Return an Affidavit of Software Destruction

    We will send you an email that notifies you of your eligibility for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provide to us. The email will also contain your RMA # and a PDF form of Affidavit of Software Destruction.

    To receive a refund for downloaded software purchased from Alyuda you must print, complete, sign and return the received Affidavit of Software Destruction within 30 days of purchase. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software.

    Once Alyuda receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within 30 days of purchase, Alyuda will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to Alyuda, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

    If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.

    According to our company policy, Alyuda Research does not refund any amount paid for any version upgrade, made after the expriry of the 30-day money-back guarantee. Besides, purchasing an upgrade implies that the customer is fully satisfied with the product.

    No refunds will be issued for any version of Alyuda software purchased with special pricing (discounts), including educational discounts, and if the payment is made by Bank Wire Transfer.

    Policy Changes

    Alyuda Research reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Alyuda Research websites. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
