Alyuda offers an extended support plan, called the Priority Annual Support.
If you subscribe to the the Priority Annual Support plan, all the Support Requests submitted by you will take precedence over any requests submitted by regular users or non-registered users.The Priority Annual Support plan will allow you to receive a response to all your requests within just 24 hours.
All the reported bugs will be fixed with a special patch sent to the buyer within 5 business days.
Additionally, all suggestions about new features or possible improvements will receive our most careful attention and will be greatly appreciated. Minor improvements deemed to be useful to other users will be implemented in a matter of days.
The price of the Priority Annual Support constitutes 30% of the purchase price of the software.
